Brandon is the owner and founder of Train Right Fitness which he started as a family owned business in April 2019. Brandon practices under an evidenced-based exercise and nutrition prescription model which means he looks first at what the research says is the correct approach and then applies that to his clientele. He believes that strength training is an essential component to anyone’s exercise regimen and that it is not merely a means to an end, but truly an end in itself.
